Degreasing, etching and conversion-coating tanks clean the aluminium surface and lay the foundation for exceptional powder adhesion and long-term corrosion resistance. Our 7.5-metre-long tanks treat long profiles and sections; sheets and grills up to 1.8 metres in height.
A dedicated drying oven removes all residual moisture before coating, while overhead conveyors move profiles smoothly from stage to stage without manual handling damage.
Inside our Gema powder booth, precision electrostatic guns apply premium architectural powder coatings with exceptional evenness, guided by Optiflex control technology.
A combination of gas catalytic, infrared and conventional oven technology delivers fast, uniform curing that locks in film hardness, gloss and colour consistency across every batch.
